Embedded until
AI actually works.
Workflow design, AI delivery, operational handoff — a small studio that works alongside the teams on the ground.

/ Manifesto
We work between
delivery and daily use.
— Yusuke Namai / Rojiura Studio
Rojiura Studio exists so AI does not stop at adoption. We go into the habits, decisions, and handoffs that are hard to see from outside, and turn them into systems people actually use.
A small, dependable light
in the places the main road misses.
Strategy, SaaS, outsourced development, and advisory all have a role. The gap is that responsibility tends to break before the system keeps working in the field. We close that gap — structuring the work, building the prototype, and handing it into daily operations. It is our take on the Forward Deployed Engineer model, redesigned for small and new business teams.
/ Naming
Why
"Rojiura Studio".
— Two words behind the studio, and one wish.
01 — Rojiura (back alley)
In Japanese, rojiura means the back alley — a step off the main street, where people's lives and daily work quietly continue. New ventures, internal operations, side projects, and personal experiments share the same texture: small decisions, tasks falling between tools, prototypes that only half work. Those are the corners the main street's lights never quite reach, and the ones most worth tending to.
02 — Studio
"Studio" is a deliberate choice. Not a solo practitioner, and not an agency. A place that pulls in the right people — PMs, engineers, designers, writers — case by case, and ships systems that actually work in the field. Light, human, assembled around the work.
Light the alleys
where people work.
03 — The wish behind it
I have always lived with a main road and several alleys of my own — a day job, ventures, side projects. Each one started as something almost invisible from the main street. But every time a small light came on in one of those alleys, the view changed for the people standing inside it. I have watched that happen, again and again.
Small businesses, new ventures, and personal experiments still hold many alleys where that moment has not yet arrived. The name Rojiura Studio carries that intent: to do the work of lighting those alleys, carefully, one by one — not the main street, but the places people are quietly trying to build something.
/ Principles
Three principles
for the work.
- 01
Embed in the work
Not an outside advisor — we work alongside your team, from the inside. We learn the flow of decisions and the texture of operations.
- 02
Deliver, then hand off
We stay past the prototype. We tune it until it fits the team's hands and runs without us.
- 03
Compose with AI
Start from one person's conviction and orchestrate AI agents as PM, engineering, design, and writing. Reach the speed and scope neither solo work nor a traditional team could deliver before.
/ Profile
Yusuke Namai
Founder, Rojiura Studio
Started in product planning, then moved through UX design, product management, and business development across a decade of shipping work — from plastics and medical devices to IoT, web, and mobile. Across corporate teams, side projects, and independent ventures, the same gap kept reappearing: between strategy and delivery, between proposal and operations. Rojiura Studio is what I started to close that gap. Currently PMM / Business Development at Plugo, in parallel with my own ventures and side projects.
