We may collect the information below when providing the Services. Whether each item is collected and how it is stored depends on which Services and features are used.

• Name, email, company, phone number, and message submitted via the contact form
• Access and usage logs (IP, browser or device, referrer, timestamp, error information — common to the website and apps)
• Analytics data (cookies, device info, page views, etc.)
• Account credentials (email, authentication tokens) — only for products with account features
• Content data entered into the products (stock items, shopping lists, garden records, trip logs, photos, etc.)
• Payment data — only for products with active payment features. Card numbers are held by the payment provider (Stripe), not by us
• App and site preferences (language, theme, user settings — mostly stored locally on your device)
• Advertising identifiers and ad-related data (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID, IP, device/OS info, ad-interaction data) — only for products that show ads, collected through third-party ad networks

Some products (for example, Ototori) do not require account registration, and user settings are stored only on the device — not sent to our servers. For the up-to-date specifics of each product, please refer to its in-app help or the privacy section of its store listing.

4. External services used

We use the following external services. Information is processed under each provider's own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare (Pages / Workers / Web Analytics) Hosting, edge functions, web analytics
• Google Analytics 4 Website usage analytics
• Resend Email delivery for the contact form
• Supabase (Auth / Database) Authentication & database (selected products)
• Stripe Payments (when enabled)
• Google AdMob In-app advertising (ad-supported products)

5. Cookies & similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and local storage to understand usage and improve the Services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

6. Third-party disclosure

Except as required by law or as described in section 4 (external service providers acting as our processors), we do not share personal information with third parties.

7. International data transfers

Some of the external providers we rely on (Cloudflare, Google, Supabase, Stripe, etc.) operate servers outside Japan, including in the United States. Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security commitments.

8. Retention

• Contact form submissions: approximately 3 years after the inquiry is closed
• Account and service data: for the lifetime of the account (deleted upon request)
• Access logs: 30–90 days (per the external service's defaults)

9. Security measures

We rely on our cloud providers' security features (encryption, access control, audit logs) to apply reasonable safeguards.

10. Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Please contact us at the address listed in section 1.

11. Use by minors

Minors should use the Services with parental consent. Ototori has an age rating of 4+, and the ads shown are limited to G-equivalent content rating.
